Utilities Package

For a small fee of $50 per month tenants have the option of our Utilities Package. This includes monthly water usage, Cable TV billing and unlimited wireless internet usage at a maximum speed of 512kbs, (speed will vary according to usage). We can provide maid services for 3 half days a week at $30 per month.

Security

Tenants are recommended to take all necessary precautions in regards to their personal safety and private property. Although we cannot guarantee 100% security CRS provides each location with night time security guards from 7pm to 7am to minimise risk.

Maintenance

CRS locations are fully managed and maintained with on call handy man services and common area cleaning duties. Tenants will have direct access to our property supervisor in cases of repairs needed.
